My list is a mix of Fiction and Young Adult, just like the books I review. I could go on and on, but here are the books that I am most looking forward to reading in 2012.
1) Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare – Need I say more?
2) City Of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare – See reason #1
3) Black Heart by Holly Black – I keep telling people to read the Curse Worker series. It is amazing.
4) Promised by Caragh O’Brien – Another series I’ve championed. You are missing out if you haven’t read it.
5) Timepiece by Myra McEntire – Loved Hourglass and can;t wait for this installment.
6) Insurgent by Veronica Roth – I think this will be on a lot of lists…..
7) The Fault In Our Stars by John Green – I expect nothing less than amazing from this book.
8) Spin by Catherine McKenzie – I have this on NetGalley and it looks like a good read.
9) The Underside Of Joy by Sere Prince Halverson – Another NetGalley book that looks good.
10) The Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman – I admit that I’m drawn to the cover, but how can you go wrong with Alice Hoffman?

Insurgent is definitely one of my most anticipated books for 2012. I loved Divergent and I can’t wait to reread it in anticipation of the May release 🙂
